Signing in and account access
You sign in to Plan Swiftly through our secure sign-in page. You stay signed in on that device until you sign out.
If you're signed out unexpectedly
If your account is disabled or locked, you're signed out straight away and see this message:
Your account is disabled or locked, so you have been signed out.
- Locked accounts are usually temporary, for example after several failed sign-in attempts. Once the lock lifts, sign in again as normal.
- Disabled accounts can't sign in. Contact support if you think this is a mistake.
API tokens for a disabled or locked account stop working too, and start working again when the account is re-enabled.
